I swear! At 309.4 lbs I am supposed to eat 45 points a day and I am seriously struggling to eat that many! You see, it is not that I eat crappy, unhealthy food...it is the fact that I don't eat enough. Yesterday at dinner I still had 28 points to eat and that was after I used TWO tablespoons of REAL Hellmans Mayo (at 3points a T) in my tuna for lunch!
So we went to a local sushi joint for dinner called Yummy...fitting it is really yummy! I had there Bento Box which came with egg drop soup (1pt), 4 pieces California Roll (4 pts), salad with ginger dressing (2pts) Teriyaki Chicken (12pts) and white rice which I did not eat... so still failing at my points for the day but absolutely stuffed!
Came home and had a 1/2 cup of peppermint ice cream (3pts) and a glass of OJ before bed (being a diabetic my sugar tends to drop during the night)
Everyday I learn new things and am finally understanding what my cardiologist told me months ago...I need to eat ! After all the years of struggling with my weight and finally learning to only eat when I am hungry...I now have to be hungry MORE!
Just another bump in the road...
